Since 2012, Mama Hong's Vietnamese Kitchen has proudly served authentic Vietnamese cuisine inspired by recipes passed down through three generations of pho makers.
Founder and CEO Lan Pham grew up cherishing his Mama Hong's homemade Vietnamese dishes. Those family meals ignited his deep love for Vietnamese cuisine, culture, and hospitality. The flavors, aromas, and warmth of sitting at his mama's dinner table shaped not only his childhood, but his vision for the future.
To celebrate and share the upbringing that was enriched by these unforgettable meals, Lan opened Mama Hong's Vietnamese Kitchen. What began as a tribute to his family's legacy has grown into a beloved Vietnamese restaurant serving communities across Burbank, West Los Angeles, and Orange California.
Here, we elevate Mama Hong's cherished recipes by combining rich, slow simmered bone broth pho, fresh ingredients prepared in house daily, and handcrafted beverages made with care.
