Catering Order Policy
To ensure we provide the best service possible, please review our catering order policy below:
Advance Notice: All catering orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to your event.
Office Hours: Our catering office operates Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Inquiries submitted outside of these hours will be reviewed on the next business day.
Response Time: We will do our best to respond to all catering requests promptly. Any inquiries received after hours or on weekends will receive a reply the next working day.
Last-Minute Requests: We will do our best to accommodate orders placed with less than 48 hours' notice; however, a 10% surcharge will apply if we are able to accept your request.
Confirmation: Your catering order is not confirmed until you receive official approval and confirmation from our catering team.
